The following conditions for sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from LOUISE SMÆUP.

The conditions apply in the absence of any other written agreements between you as a buyer and LOUISE SMÆRUP.

If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the product, these are included in the delivery from LOUISE SMÆRUP.

LOUISE SMÆRUP confirms that the goods meet the requirements for the CE marking.

Delivery of goods from LOUISE SMÆRUP is considered to have happened when the consumer has received the goods. Shipping of goods usually takes place with the freight company BRING or UPS depending on which contry the package is going to. Delivery time on paintings is shipped from here within one week. For other products, shipping time is within 1-3 business days. However, you might experience longer shipping time in relation to weekends, holidays and local holidays. The freight cost can vary from contry to contry. 

If you live in a non EU country, you do not have to pay VAT when you buy from LOUISE SMÆRUP. The VAT is automatically deducted from your order when you enter your residence (including country) in your order. Please note that you can ONLY receive a VAT-free order for a non-EU country. If you choose a Danish shipping address, you will pay Danish VAT but afterwards you can get it refunded.

The risk of goods purchased from LOUISE SMÆRUP will surpass to you as a consumer, at the time of delivery.

Any defects in a delivery from LOUISE SMÆRUP should be invoked in a timely manner after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you notice an error, please contact LOUISE SMÆRUP. You can only complain about errors that occur within two years after you have received the item. If you wish to complain over a product, it must be shipped with the details of the purchase data and the reason for the complaint to our address:

All prices on www.louisesmaerup.com - are included VAT. NOTE, the VAT on paintings is only 5% (art VAT). The amount will be deducted from your account on the day your items are shipped.

LOUISE SMÆRUP gives you 14 days rights to cancellation from the day you receive your goods.

You are required to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it is received. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
